Our approach is based in three steps:

A.- OSD (Organisational Sistemic Diagnosis). With an OSD, and in less than 2 hours, the hidden dynamics under any problem, situation, or business decision are revealed. A preliminary diagnosis by a traditional consultancy, interview based, lasts for weeks and costs easily over 20.000 Eur.

B.- Defining the change. If the situation allows it, after the OSD, the Coach defines the actions to be taken in order to respond to the situation, or the new strategic guidelines to follow.

C.- Catalysing the change. Many times for a company it is not enough with the diagnosis and the definitions of the steps to follow. Some continued monitoring, guidance and support are needed, during the implementation phase. Such support can be needed at the following levels:

  • Strategic
  • Business processes
  • Inter departmental
  • Structural
  • Personal
