Systemic coaching is radically different to the conventional coaching in the
sense that it includes all the organisational system and context affecting
any situation. It not only addresses individuals’ realities, but focuses in
the dynamics and situations affecting the whole organisation, and that are
usually rooted in many areas.
It works with systems (departments, business lines, business contexts,
interacting organisations) and functions, and does not focus in personal
issues unless it is requested.
Created in Germany 10 years ago, systemic coaching has so far been a tool
used by a limited minority of top managers and large organisations. Across
the last 5 years it has been used with amazing results in large
multinationals, monopolies (organisations with several millions of direct and
indirect employees), Ministries and Governments of Europe and USA.
Nowadays, systemic coaching is spreading rapidly worldwide, as demonstrates
the international association EURASYC (European
Association on Systemic Consultancy), where the founder of CS systemic coaching,
Oscar
Rodríguez, is the President.
In Spain it is being
